Repurposed / rebased Arcane legions 22mm miniatures

A few pictures from the start of the process setting up the stands and finding the best configuration

A little more of the same...

Base coat spray paint on the figures and bases

A little more positioning and fitting the shields

Beginning the painting process using one coat of contrast paints <snake bite leather> for most of it

A darker shade for weapons and helmets

Nice heavy cav bears with pretty good detail

Using blue contrast paint for the undead headdress and kilt

Eventually the cavalry using the same contrast and painting skin with barbarian flesh

Same color scheme all around as it fits the initial depth I'm looking for.

The miniatures are an odd scale and from a distance it looks fine for what I'm doing.

And here, my painted forces up to this point

Now I'm starting a new batch

Shields fitted back on after painting

And that's most of the newest army here at wargame hysteria. I'll be posting some older builds so stay tuned for some more historical/sci fi/homebrew/repurposed/DIY/wargame hysteria!
